The Outlook offers flexible by-the-bed leasing in our spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath layouts. Each resident has a private bedroom while sharing a modern kitchen, comfortable living area, and bathroom with roommates. Leases are gender-specific, so you’ll be placed with same-gender residents for a comfortable living environment.

As a by-the-bed resident, you’ll enjoy all of Outlook’s amenities, including a study lounge, game room, fitness center, rooftop terrace, and attentive on-site management. Transportation is convenient with our private shuttle service to Cornell University and TCAT Route 65 right outside the community.

Please note: pets are not permitted in by-the-bed units.
