Our pricing guide is designed to help residents plan ahead for truly stress-free living. Every lease includes full access to our community amenities — including our private Cornell shuttle, which runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and again continuously from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The shuttle also operates on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for convenient grocery runs to local stores.

Residents enjoy access to our rooftop terrace, study lounge, game room, fitness center, courtyard, onsite management, tenant events, and more. Plus, The Outlook is pet-friendly, so your furry friends are welcome to enjoy life here too.
